Paul Tyack is Director of Advancement at Newcastle University leading a team with responsibility for relationships with a global community of over 275,000 alumni and the £300m fundraising Campaign for Newcastle University. His career has included major gift, programme development and campaign management experience with Barnardo’s, the Anne Frank Trust UK and the University of York. Paul is co-Chair of Alumni Relations for CASE Europe 2024 and a trustee of the National Centre for Early Music.

eTapestry CRM configuration and training

We worked with Team Kenya to review and reconfigure eTapestry CRM, ensuring it was tailored precisely to the organisation's needs. Following the update, we provided comprehensive training to the team on how to use the updated setup effectively.

"We’d had eTapestry in place for a number of years but it hadn’t been optimised and we knew there were many capabilities we weren’t making the most of. Paula worked with us to determine what our tailored wish list was and she then set everything up on eTapestry, she also wrote detailed user guides for the specific features we’d requested so we were able to utilise them straight away.

 

There is no way we had the expertise or time in-house to do this as a small charity so being able to access Paula’s skills and experience at such an accessible, justifiable rate has been invaluable. We’d have no hesitation in working with Paula again and highly recommend her."

Fundraising Review and Programme Setup

We worked closely with Worldwide Radiology to take a good look at their fundraising processes and set up a new program that fits well with what they already have and connects directly with their organisational goals.

We worked with The Malki Foundation to review and reconfigure eTapestry CRM, ensuring it was tailored precisely to the organisation's needs. Following the update, we provided comprehensive training to the team on how to use the updated setup effectively.

She oversaw the entire process from requesting the non-profit license, exporting our data from our old database, cleaning the data, customising the Salesforce instance for the exact requirements and uses we wanted it for and finally running several training sessions to enable our small team to not only learn how to use it but how to make future customisations if we wanted.

Salesforce CRM configuration and training

We worked with Raising Futures Kenya on a comprehensive project where we fully implemented Salesforce, handling everything from initial setup and full configuration to streamlining new processes. After carefully tailoring the system to fit the organisation's specific needs, we provided detailed training to ensure the team was fully equipped to use the new system effectively.

Raiser's Edge CRM training and MailChimp integration

We worked with with Feed the Minds to help their team get better at using Raiser's Edge CRM with targeted training. We also hooked up MailChimp with their system for smoother and more powerful email marketing.
