Newcastle University Advancement’s team set out to modernise their data management processes within Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge 7 and NXT. Their goal was to enhance operational efficiency, support their growth, and fully equip their team to manage their data confidently. While they had already made progress in developing an information governance framework, they needed expert support to establish clear procedures, simplify workflows, and embed lasting improvements.

Raising Futures Kenya sought to transition from eTapestry to Salesforce Non-Profit to streamline their donor management processes and reduce ongoing costs. The migration required a full system setup, data migration, and team training to ensure a smooth and effective transition.

Flow Strategies was tasked with reviewing Worldwide Radiology’s existing fundraising processes, identifying opportunities, and creating a practical, tailored strategy. This included setting up a fundraising function from scratch, encompassing donation forms and a dedicated fundraising section on their website, building a fundraising pipeline, initiating trust fundraising, drafting a compelling case for support, and implementing the necessary tools and processes to strengthen their fundraising capabilities.

The University of Birmingham’s Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO) sought support with optimising their Blackbaud CRM, ensuring better data integration and usability. We worked with the team to import missing alumni data from university systems while reconfiguring the database to improve accessibility and segmentation. By collaborating with different sub-teams, we developed new CRM functionalities that allowed staff to manipulate and analyse data more effectively for strategic decision making.

We partnered with the Newcastle University Advancement team to develop a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that would streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and align with university-wide systems.
