Paula is a seasoned nonprofit professional with 12+ years of experience in fundraising, data, and strategy. With a Masters in NGO Management, she’s skilled at building lean processes and delivering results. Paula has led £300k fundraising pipelines, CRM migrations, and in-country fundraising programmes.

Lucy plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Flow Strategies’ operations. With a background in finance and administration, she oversees bookkeeping, invoicing, and client management, keeping everything organised and on track. Her attention to detail and efficiency help maintain seamless financial processes, while her proactive approach supports the team in managing day-to-day operations.
