Paula Alionyte
Fundraising, CRM & Org Development

A seasoned nonprofit professional with over 12 years of experience in data, fundraising and strategy roles.

With a Masters degree in NGO Management, Paula has both the theoretical and practical understanding of how to create robust but lean operational processes.

She has a proven track record of implementing successful fundraising strategies, delivering £300k public fundraising pipelines, project managing CRM migrations and redesigns, developing data protection applications and building in-country fundraising programmes.

Angus McVittie
Trust fundraising

Angus is an experienced Trust & Foundations fundraiser, with a strong background in philanthropic and social research.

Graduating top of his class in Sociology at Newcastle University, Angus went on to secure prestigious research council funding for MA and MPhil study, before turning his talents to the charity sector. He joined a rapidly expanding charity working in criminal justice - leading their Trust & Foundation fundraising, as well as devising social impact measures, and developing other policies/procedures.

He then returned to Newcastle University; where he worked to identify and evaluate potential donors, including work developing due diligence processes. During this time, he also provided pro-rata fundraising support to a small local charity; helping them avert financial collapse. This led to Angus’ involvement with Flow Strategies.

Angus believes that many small charities do excellent work; but are held back by a lack of time and expertise in fundraising. He joined Flow Strategies to help address this need.

Renaldas Mankauskas
Data & Admin

Renaldas has a keen interest in data management and making operations run like a well-oiled machine.

New to the professional scene, his fascination with analytics and knack for efficiency shine bright. He’s constantly tinkering with ways to streamline processes and loves getting lost in the world of data to uncover hidden gems.

Renaldas thrives on challenges and sees every obstacle as an opportunity to learn and grow. With his curious mind and drive to make things better, he brings a lot of fresh perspectives to our team.
